All of us have been given different strengths, passions, and gifts. These differences are what strengthen the body of Christ, allowing us to further the Kingdom in practical ways. Examples of ministry groups would be an intercessory prayer, encouragement, service, etc.
MINISTRY GROUPS
The last Wednesday of every month we get together to have dinner and Bible study. The dinner is provided by various church family members, providing a warm environment to get to know each other in an informal setting. Afterwards, 2 choices are provided for a time of Bible Study. Child care is also provided.

SEWING CIRCLE
These ladies meet once a month for a day to work on missional sewing projects, such as making quilts for Teen Challenge women's program, school sale, Mennonite Central Committee, and various community needs. Because this is a community event, GMC ladies are able to connect with ladies from other churches, as well as GMC. All are welcome!
Each fall, GMC packs up and heads to Denton Weslyan Campground for a weekend full of campfires, late night chats, entertainment, good food, corn hole and horse shoe tournaments, crafts, kid’s activities, board games, and puzzles! It’s a weekend to look forward to for all ages!
CHURCH CAMP
VACATION BIBLE SCHOOL
A week in June full of fun for pre-schoolers to 8th graders! Our goal is to present Jesus to children in a way that is fun and relatable to them. The last day we host an assembly where parents are able to see what their children learned throughout the week, wrapping it all up with a hot dog roast!
POTLUCKS
The 5th Sunday of the month the entire church body goes over to Greenwood Mennonite School for an afternoon potluck. Every one is invited to come to this event, it's a great way to connect with others.
